Went to post office for work this morning and stood behind a woman who's priority package suddenly began vibrating violently. Postmaster looked at her over his glasses, not again. Ooo-er.
Other stuff...
dxfh just handed me an enormous beaker of his new cream ale. I think he is on to something. I want all my food and beverages in giant beakers.
I've been slowly working on the Hungry Caterpillar blanket:

Zig-zags are ready for quilting. I think I'm going to do this one by hand, too:

Proof that I can smile:

I LOOOOOOOOVE the Hungry Caterpillar quilt! How you dood it? Transfer?
Spill, babe.
Transfers are next on my crafty to-do list! I have freezer paper and contact paper and exactos and no idea wtf to make with them.
For the caterpillars - Eric Carle has a couple lines of fantastical fabric now! There's a Brown Bear Brown Bear that just came out that I must have or I will die a thousand needle-y deaths. May have to make mini quilts for my storytime space.
fabric.com has both lines, just type in "Eric Carle". (I tried doing a link but I am stoopit)
*cough* I think I'll have to make up for the non-hipsterness of my previous comment by making pirate/zombie/tattoo designs with the transfer materials. Maybe even incorporate that into softie design... oh oh oh, I have ideas! Thanks, Heather!
Thanks for the info about EC fabric. Duh! I'm more into the paper thing right now than the fabric thing.
BTW, love the new banner... Shows your two loves vair well. (See, your vocabulariousness is rubbing off on me. Literate Libarians R wee.)
